Spicy Spaghetti with Garlic & Oil

  • 16 oz spaghetti, cooked al dente
  • ¼ cup reserved starchy water from making the spaghetti
  • 1 large head of garlic, sliced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 oz Spicy Microgreens
  • Optional: 16 oz anchovies packed in oil, finely chopped or ¼ cup parmesan cheese



  1. Combine garlic, olive oil, and salt in a large skillet and warm over low heat, stirring occasionally until garlic softens and turns golden, about 8 minutes
  2. Add pasta and reserved water to skillet and mix well
  3. Transfer to large bowl and fold in microgreens
