  • 2 oz Mighty Microgreens
  • ⅓ cup blackberries (or any seasonal fruit)
  • ¼ cup walnut halves
  • ¼ cup pickled onion (these were pickled in white wine vinegar and beet juice)
  • Lemon and oil dressing (50/50 mix of lemon juice and olive oil)
